Hi! We’re Sallie and Autumn

Sallie is a Florida native who lives in Dade City with her husband and two daughters. Autumn moved from Illinois to Lutz in 2021, where she lives with her husband and three sons. While neither of us has formal culinary training (unless you count Sallie’s childhood memories of her mom’s bakery), we’ve always believed in the power of sweets to bring people together — and bring a little joy to the everyday.

Moonlight Bakery is a gothic and witchy-inspired cottage bakery focused on small-batch, made-to-order treats. The name reflects both our aesthetic and our transition — from overnight nurses to moonlighting bakers. From cozy muffins to spellbound cinnamon rolls, each item is baked fresh with seasonal soul and a sprinkle of whimsy.

We’re kicking things off as a home-based bakery, fueled by family support and late-night inspiration. Pop-ups are on the horizon, and we’re so excited to share a piece of our passion with the community.
